Due to the higher bioavailability I resorted to this variant citrate. I feel no more muscle spasms, very good effect! It tastes very strongly of lemon, in my opinion, but edible. The only drawback, and so star deduction: It's just very, very sparingly soluble in water, even at a high amount of water. I mix the 3g dose in 500ml, drink the mixture in 3 sips and stir after every sip once with the spoon, so I consume all of the powder without leaving something left at the bottom of the glass. All in all, however, satisfied! Accept it from now on as an integral part of my supplementation
