1. The assembly. I did everything by drawing and built alone together. Since I'm not the greatest technician, I was amazed that it was relatively easy. 2. crickets. The grill as in the description rubbed with a little oil (also all stainless steel parts), connect the gas cylinder and off we went. The grilled food was grilled evenly. The pork belly slices I have, however, placed in a small stainless steel roaster for roasting, after they got into flames because of the dripping fat. This works fine. That gave me the idea to create a Turkey thigh in a roasting pan and grilling with closed lid. That was a big hit. Delicious. 3. The Clean. The cooking grates and burner covers I have overnight laid in the water with an ordinary trowel dishwasher cleaner soaked. The next day, with a brush and a pot sponge cleaned without major problems. Barbecue I have washed with a cloth and detergent. 4. Conclusion. A good buy.
