The Philips Satin Perfect is also comfortable to hold, as the Panasonic. However, the new Philips is louder than the old Panasonic. The epilator from Philips has a number Epilating in a stationary head, the Panasonic, however, has two rows in a moving head, where it is still interchangeable and can be quickly converted into a fully-fledged inter alia razor! That can not offer this set of Philips.
Both epilator (Philips and Panasonic) work thoroughly - remains the unpleasant process as such but always. Cleaning can be done with both devices easily under running water, which really can completely disassemble the Panasonic all relevant parts, unfortunately, not quite as extensively at Philips.
The epilator from Philips has the manufacturer for a period of about 30 minutes. The time stamp fits on speed II (fast). But: Irritating one from this time, as the unit heats up quite noticeable. An overheat protection switches the device off when overstraining and you have to let it cool. Entered the case so far (yet), but the heating is rather unusual for an epilator!
The Präzisionsepilierer - small head - runs incomprehensibly in battery mode, with 2 pieces AA batteries are supplied (AA) and this should be sufficient for 40 minutes operation. Well, the narrow Präzisionsepilierer requires only the "critical zone" and therefore the operating time is relatively low.
Both Philips devices are supplied either with protective caps, even with a travel bag. Too bad!
Anyone looking for a epilator without additional functions and would like to work with two different strengths or wide equipment is operated properly with the Philips! The speed control is quite helpful. A star deduction there because of the battery-powered Präzisionsepilierer and the lack of protective caps.
Supplement 4/2013: Who wants to shave next epilation also, the multifunction device from Panasonic should look.
