For a long time I was looking for a device to easily make regular brunoises. He does this in a remarkable way with vegetables or fruits, provided however, that these are fairly firm. Great for raw potatoes, the raw carrots, fruit apples, raw zucchini (for the latter, it is better peel as described in the user manual). It really saves time and the product obtained is very regular. Less well for eggplants, mangoes, peppers. Warning for cleaning, risk of cuts.
