I ordered VG20 this microphone for interviews and special shots with my Sony. I have to say, the sound is really good, the noise is heard almost no (only when the level of the microphone signal has to superscript loud). With programs like Adobe Audition can be the way to completely remove the noise. The microphone is very sensitive, but can sometimes be annoying. Pleased me a 3m cable. This allows interviews with distance of about 2 meters (rest behind the clothes hidden) with no extension. However, the cable is very thin and I have a feeling that this will not last very long. The clip for clamping is not really useful, especially for clothes. Since I have the cord still attached an additional clip (clip) so that it holds. If you want to reconnect the microphone to a cable, this is also quite thick (about 4 mm). Otherwise, something is not clear whether it is a stereo or mono microphone, although my camera detects 2 tracks, but this is almost entirely identical. The 3.5 mm jack is likewise intended for 2-Känale.

That reminds me the sound quality plays important role, I am very pleased with the decision to buy!
