The packaging was impeccable, the installation done with 6 screws and the enclosed standard Allen in 3 minutes. Size and proportion are almost ideal.
Only suggestion:
As some reviews describe the distance between folded hanging on the hangers towels is very small - they touch clearly, this could be achieved by a small change in the manufacturing dimensions: Would the top two brackets each be 5 cm closer to the door - so "shorter "have boom - could the towels hang symptom-free at the same end depth. That's not aesthetically interesting, but also lets you better dry as the air could circulate all.
For this "shortcoming", this is known before buying, I pull off half a star.
