I liked "Reach" Which of these three clearly best. The graphics look a. Still pretty. and b. has so made some in the shadows, the epic battle in Reach.
I was completely impressed with the story that as long as you staggered into the Characktere give an overwhelming feeling, given the superiority of enemies ... Burning skyscrapers, huge battleships, to the "Space Cowboys" in the middle, whether on foot, in flyer or on vehicles. Apart from the really rigid linear paths once from, they gave up the Level / Mission Design really make an effort. What the whole story mode the crown would have placed a (direct) fighting a Scarrab would have been as described in Part 3. Even so, the story was really acting all about cinematic.
The term of the story can be described as "ok" in the normal difficulty ... Halo 4 has shown that one there can deteriorate again. I know Halo lives of its multiplayer, but there are so few gamers put much value on a filled story mode, which seems to me as always shorter in the Halo series. But my impression may be wrong ... On the Difficulty (Legendary "alone"), you should have already a high frustration limit, because this really punished every little mistake with the demise.
Enjoyed also to individualize their own soldiers. You can not just put together their own logo and color combine. But also new pieces of armor can be purchased with increasing score. It might have been nice an optional 3rd perspective to sponsors around the character's more to admire, to clothe you there. So can only see all the figure, if one pulls bigger guns from the anchorage and the perspective changes then.
I myself have played in Reach both the German and the US version. Both take nothing in the violence, but the US version kindly know a German subtitles on in story mode.
My conclusion: A great shooter in Story Mode, I was able to play more than once, not least because of its truly cinematic staging.
