I sincerely appreciate the first part, I was against a little difficult to get into the second part of the book. I persevered and I'm not disappointed. The author gives us the "mechanisms" of the chakras, related diseases, why and how disease occurs at a particular moment of his life, nothing is accidental. I also discovered what a dark night mean by that a spiritual crisis and yes, it exists! Very rewarding for those who wish to open up and understand their inner being.
