My old Waterpik dental jet was failing, so I opted for the Oral B Oxyjet in promotion in a Carrefour. Alas, this device is the Waterpik is a old Vespa is a race car. The turning jet even at maximum power only scratches the gums (although he claims that massage!); as to single jet, supposed clean interdental spaces, it is even less effective; I actually took the test: and brushes and my (very) old Waterpik still find a lot of dental remains, after passage of the Oral B.
I brought the camera in a Braun Service Center: they said that the pump had to change (on a new appliance!). Alas, even with a pump in good condition I see no difference: Oral b mass does not gum and does not clean the interdental spaces.
For people who need it, on the advice of their dentist, a true dental jet, the Oral B is absolutely not recommended.
