I love: New way of cooking very original (leaves of fruits like leather), convenient to eat (cereal to fruit aperitif or take away for hiking) and method of preserving food without waste (chips). Fun way to entertain his guests and himself (small meringues with strawberries petals). The book is nice, simple, clear, beautiful pictures. I like least: Some recipes are too complicated to develop daily, fixtures require too manipulative, too long (despite their originality) (eg. Punnet of strawberries or mango rolls ...).
