Concerns compatibility with "my" windows 7 64bit

I can not make this drive with my windows 7 64 bit, either by USB2 or USB3 (following purchase USB3 card in PCI Express format). The installation was made with the latest drivers available on the manufacturer website.
Finally, the wifi connection in Windows 7 is disabled and views can be activated (error "Windows has not been able to automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter.").

This key works perfectly against by on my old laptop with XP 32 bits (connected to USB2), so the problem is not hardware. Also, I have a TEW-644UB key of the same brand that works fine, so I recommend this brand, but I remain skeptical about the latter product.
