In summary, I found out that the device is unable to cope with heavy materials. If the dough adding more water and it softer and wetter, then it works sometimes. But if you want (the no longer sticks to your fingers) the right pizza dough, then the device fails. And I was far below 2kg maximum weight recommended for the large bowl.
Cut sausage did not work in the onion it has sometimes worked and sometimes not. If it did not work, then because the small openings of the rubbing or rasp have clogged with onion puree ... no idea whether or not the non-successful onions were softer than the successful ... I actually had the feeling not. I also specially checked in the manual if I use the right attachment for onions, it would thus actually have to fold.
