The side mounted flap is initially a bit awkward when making calls, after a short familiarization time but no problem. Amazing that this case despite elaborate leatherworking less than applying a plastic sheath. Best workmanship and fit make the iPhone into a gem. This case fits my iPhone 5s in gold particularly well.
