I have this printer used for years to print under Word 97 on the network address labels in large numbers for my office. After conversion to Word 2010 / Windows 7 and acquisition of an additional new printer, I realized: It's definitely not out directly from the application! My computer support it despite lasting experiments not even manage to demand and multiple at the Brother hotline was the worst thing I've ever done on hotline experience. The alleged expert on the device let me talk easily and not even listening, but batted minutes silence on his keyboard in front of him.
Although the included Word Plugin allows manual expression of individual labels, but as unclean programmed Word on strike and the menu can no longer be operated.
I have both devices thrown away and ordered two Dymos. Hopefully it works better with it.
