it does not catch if we take care to heat before placing food. it cleans up easily and it is finally a habit: degrease with hot water as soon after use, wipe the cloth, a veil vapotiser oil and wipe with paper towels.
Ideal for induction, the temperature rises quickly, perfectly captures the meats.
Excellent product, but be warned:
1- It is iron, so you should clean and dry as soon as we finish using it as described above
2- It's solid, very thick, very heavy to handle
