A lot of light, but few long shadows

Criticisms on all 3 devices, which I had at home:
- Banding: EUR 3k for 4k pixel and I want my view no gray bars on vacation sky blue, caused by the miserable backlight (width 1 ... 2cm, periodically every 20cm). Once noted, to never see, even by my not 8 years ...
- Fan:. At normal volume especially during pauses clearly audible, as an airborne sound (which would perhaps hinzukriegen with ugly acoustic foam) and as structure-borne sound on the device housing. The fan is not regulated. Whether it is switched off by maybe someday available OCB, Samsung can not say yet. But it would be plausible because the brain to be cooled TV yes then runs in the closet ...
- Strong viewing-angle dependence (! This is very different even at 4m distance above the surface) is just not an IPS panel, falls in normal operation but not really on
- Recording and TimeShift from UHD content is "not available". Mglw. gives the UHD demo channel before so, although the wording of this can not be seen. Here can only hope that this key feature comes at some point.
- Automatic start of TimeShifts as in previous models is not provided. Goes fast rewind time only if you did not forget to activate it with the play button.
- Packaging / Transport: is the TV lying transported (and that happens at almost every shipping company), it bends to change by - curved homemade!

The price of the "flagship" I'm probably too demanding. The unit would have about 4.9 stars earn if the experience would not essentially food from the picture and sound. And the image includes not only the number of pixels.

I'm also the 3rd unit return and the experienced Samsung Support statements confirm me in it.
Schade somehow ...

edit: Oh, the device is not available through tecedo and I refer to the German model 7590th order to prevent speculation ;-)
