+ The interior is completely made of stainless steel (only the cover is made of plastic) (s. Photo)
+ No plastic smell or even flavors !!!
+ The lid can be easily with one hand (thumb) open (s. Photo) and has no useless click mechanism, but is only spring-loaded
+ Just as he has no Kalksieb (which he does not need, because tea drinkers should always cook with filtered water tea and / or you should descale the kettle regularly)
+ The handle is really enjoyable shaped and has a cavity for the thumb (s. Photo)
+ When pouring nothing drips next
+ If you take the kettle before boiling of the water (for example, at 80 ° C) from the base, it automatically turns on the main power switch and heats thus not when to reset it back to the base
+ The boiler heats the water totz his "only" 1800W on quite fast: 1 liter in 3 minutes from 20 ° C to 100 ° C
+ If you are a little brave and careful the water (see photo.)> Comes when pouring not with the plastic lid in Brührung, since one the lid yes can open by thumb here but caution should be exercised, since otherwise hot at scald steam could (important: open the lid to the stop, then actually nothing happens)
Unfortunately, the cooker also has a defect that only 4 instead of 5 stars given him.
- The infinitely variable temperature selector funtioniert only conditionally:
- The display is not proportional, to say that when I all I care point to half, I do not automatically get 50 ° C warm water, here it may even happen that the water boils when only very little water in the kettle is
- (S. Photo) Now I have a thermometer with which I have marked me the right position for 80 ° C hot water, so I thought, because each has times the water in this position at a different temperature, and even more so when I use different amounts> since it can also happen that the water boils
- This control is only an insufficient means, he definitely does not measure temperature!
CONCLUSION: For the price of the kettle is really awesome, chic and tasteless. Only the temperature selector falls through. In combination with said thermometer can compensate for this, however. Tea lovers (and all other) can strike and enjoy!
Oh, and logically (Physics thank) the stove when cooking is very hot outside, but old at Oma's Kettles is no different! ;)
