Personally, I loved this book and especially the first story. You hang a bit the first few pages because the style of Marie Ndiaye is unusual. But just get into it. Then I completely adhered. I liked everything, rhythm, images, I traveled with her, I suffered and hoped with his characters ... A collection of pure psychology that aims very fair, laced with a pleasant exotic top colors, though dark too. I liked this use both bold and consistent it was the French, uses only allows perfect control of the tongue, and the best transcribes the turmoil in which are his characters. I had a great time with this book, which I think is an accomplished work and deserves his Goncourt.
