Joris Chamblain and Aurelie Neyret have invented a kind of comic that works very well. Here is a small BD intended primarily to young highly attractive audience for this readership. Through police investigation of a small (no suspense mystery novel for adult readers), this comic depicts important situations of young adolescents: friends, relationships with parents, and the time allocated to each of them vis-à -vis its passions and favorite pastimes.
In addition to the understandable situations of young people, the authors use their vocabulary, without falling easily into slang.
The drawing and colors are still soft, fine and warm.
Reading this comic is a great experience, but a bit too short. (Quoilire.wordpress.com/2015/01/25/joris-chamblain-aurelie-neyret-les-carnets-de-cerise-tome-1-2/)
