Disappears continuously in Explorer when USB 3.0 connection

In short, I would not buy again this disk. On my PC, the disk (USB 3.0 port) always disappears after a certain time from the file explorer and can be persuaded to work only through brief power interruption the drive again. About USB 2.0 angschlossen this error shows too, but far less frequently. Since I use the plate essentially only for backups, I can live with necessity.
