Guilhem is a very nice young man who confesses early on not being a "real" cook. What he wants is to share recipes he concocted himself and which he details all the steps. At a glance, one sees well all that is going to have to make, the ingredients and utensils to use. It avoids to realize in the middle of the recipe should have been done a saucepan heat 15 minutes early! We must of course get used to the layout and the various acronyms, but anyone should get out! In addition, the format is practical, the book is for standing and the pages are laminated (finally a cookbook that will withstand splashes of any kind!). Perfect for people who are struggling to organize cooking and want to minimize the time spent in the furnace without reducing the quality of what they eat. All the recipes are doable in 30 minutes! At your kitchens;)
