I have the lens does not buy from Amazon like so much else.
The reason was that I had my 12-50 exchanged by the O-MD against the 14-42.
The 12-50 was not bad but not suitable for use as a compact lens ever.
Although I was very skeptical that 14-42 has convinced me quickly. The sharpness is very good. It is very quick to deploy and has a PEN (P5 with me) a very compact set.
Astonished, I'm focusing particularly on the good macro features. See Pictures.
As fun I did it with the 1.8 / 45 mm compared to a recording in my garden and realized that not a big difference in sharpness was visible.
