Now I have made on the search.
Of course, my first instinct was to buy a LG Soundbar because I have a LG TV and the two are likely to work a little better.
I also found one of the would have liked.
The problem I wanted to have a device and did not have an extra subwoofer. Not that it would have been nice but my son and his, now almost a year now loves equipment to handle and knocking down and have to use the subwoofer properly he would have to stand on the floor and he would not have survived.
A second problem (which is also attributable my imprudence) of the subwoofer was advertised as "wireless" and I thought that this means that it is wireless (get it ?! wire-less ... Cable los) - I ended up at an electronics shop to look around a bit and lo and behold ... a power cable emanates from the subwoofer.
Thus, the story was finished for me. Does not like I said, it is perfect for a great product but not others for my situation it was not ideal.
Then was the Yamaha.
What I really liked here is that this is just a device- as the subwoofer is integrated.
What also has impressed me is the function that the Soundbar infrared rays remote control back again so that outputs of the TV can also receive (because the soundbar at least sit with me quite directly in front of the IR receiver on the TV which is a big advantage ).
I always notice when the soundbar is turned off at random (and hence the IR radiation does not pass) as practical is this function.
Is was me also very good like that it is high enough to stand on the pedestal of my LG TV and I can therefore make him a little deeper into the TV Bank (mainly to protect him in front of my son of course by the shiny black very attracted ... is two times he has him even from the TV bench, with a loud bang (even then there was an excellent sound quality) fall about half a meter deep has made. Of course I was always more than shocked and did the same to me the worst ausgemalt- but both remained still intact)
The feet can be but also unscrew what looks also very good and I even like a little better (but as I said I prefer it is a little further back on the bench).
The sound quality ?!
A Dream! A madness! Excellent! I'm really pleased.
Even the voices more clearly highlight function is essential especially for television and it really makes a difference.
I already tried several times as the sound through the TV's and there is no comparison. The TV looks flat, one-dimensional (I white- means the same as flat ^^) and bland.
The Soundbar contrast, fills the room but without being intrusive.
No crash, no squealing just wonderful clear and distinct sounds.
Are there things that I did not like?
Yes!
The reason I was at first wanted a sound bar from LG or Samsung, that one can use these often also as a support for other devices (such as smartphones).
Register here to connect to the phone via Bluetooth and use the soundbar as sound output device.
However, this will at the Yamaha soundbar not.
There is also no line-in jack.
So you can only use the soundbar quasi as soundbar on the TV (or there is also an optical input for DVD or Blu-Ray player ...).
This is stupid.
What is bugging me a little, that although you can control the soundbar on the remote control at LG (ie turn louder or softer works) but this can not turn (or I've not yet managed ... if anyone knows how I can turn with my LG remote control also the Soundbar please leave a comment !!) and you can see on TV when I switch up or down just a speaker icon, but not how loud or soft the sound bar is now (ie no bar which is larger or smaller ) - which is stupid but if you want to start a video do not know how loud the Soundbar now actual and son sleeping in bed and you do not want to wake him up by a perhaps too loud TV.
But for Yamaha can not.
UPADTE- I angesehn- by a posthumous comment with all the volume again and if you turn up or provider interprets the last of the six lights on the Soundbar the approximate volume on. Glows light green it is "normal" - it lights up yellow, there is "increased" and as long as it means lights up red, that the volume is quite high (the same is true for the bass).
The high-gloss look of the Soundbar is also very prone to dust.
What can I say ?!
That's excellent sound quality, I can not believe I say enough!
We are in any case very excited and I can recommend it highly.
