Those who suffer from neck pain, shoulders, back, knees ... they believe final because of age (I am a man of 54 years old "senior" ... in France) would good to see a good physio encouraging more stretching / reinforcements (very easy exercises) instead massages and painkillers. These are not useless at all, but just an extra, like a 20 year old when needed.
The best is a good physio encouraging giving some appropriate exercises, a few sessions to learn how to do them properly (good posture, etc ..), a very good book like this to make (and add) in home ... and found a new youth.
