From Ridley Scott, there are a lot of good blockbusters like Gladiator or Black Hawk Down, classics such as Thelma and Louise; but also unspeakable crap like 1492 and some more. Exodus is a cold routine produced the American film industry, an investment of 140 million dollars in the simple taste of the masses. Apart from the digitally tricked-out images, the film remains lukewarm and gemachtfürdasweihnachtsgeschäft. Blah-dialogues, actors who play only themselves ... at all hindsight, I find failed this fully synthetic product sustainably. Christian Bale I'll forgive this slip-up because he has me very memorable with equillibrium 2002 (which cost only one-hundredth of the production of Exodus.)
