The repair company appeared twice not to the appointed date. (Once the technician had allegedly an accident and the other time the appointment was reportedly agreed a week later) came as the technician, he had this the wrong parts and had to put off every time on a new date, which has been re-arranged by telephone.
When I had turned me on Amazon the issue was solved perfectly and quickly. I had the choice between money back, a replacement unit or a renewed attempt at repair cared for by Amazon. I opted for a replacement unit. This works so far without any complaints. Price / performance is absolutely justified.
The Amazon service I can only praise in the highest terms and am pleased that the exchange incl. Pick-up went smoothly.
Should I after the warranty but even have a fault, I will turn to a safe home appliance technicians in the area.
