Processing seems very good at first glance. Doing so this will change somewhat: the running above the headband plastic band feels like Low to plastic, and the plastic used otherwise seems to me not very dibasic. But here I should not lose sight of perhaps the price tag and my subjective perception.
Unrestricted positive: thanks to perfectly ordinary 3.5mm jack on the headphones easily exchangeable cables and pleasant sitting (with my model I had in adapting the earcups help out however, because the joints were stiff). The ear cushions are the way out of such a net-like material, as it also has the Sony MDR MA900. Can you like, but you do not. I like velor / plush prefer, but suspect that the fabric used on Philips on hot days is more comfortable to wear.
On balance I would say that for the currently required 110 to 120 Euro definitely an alternative for those who are looking for a bright, relatively neutral in bass headphones to 150 euros (then but even the AKG K612 interesting, because I would give the gentler Hochtons preference over the Philips).
In my previous quibbling despite I consider (overlooking the asking price) the performance offered by the Philips very good.
