I already own a fairly extensive collection of different Eneloop batteries (around 100). Batteries I have not bought many years. This "Lite" version is constantly wiederaufzuladende devices (such as cellular phone, etc.) thought. The capacity is 550 mAh, of course not very high, but no matter how often they are put back in the charging station - they just do not limp. Although other batteries have more capacity than the nominal part Eneloops (also affects the normal and XX variants) but the shelf life of these batteries is phenomenal. Many of my batteries already many hundreds of charge cycles behind (The high-performance variants, which are specified with far less than 1000 charging cycles and have to laugh at my little compact flash), a failure has not been until now this. Other NI-MH batteries that I tried had a far worse odds here.
