Concept very nice, it changes, kids love (attention to little ones who are afraid of balloons bursting!) By cons I bought at the same time a balloon pack (good for them to be solid or no interest) for 10 in the package is really really limits !!! Besides, I have removed 2 stars because of it because two pieces of plastic and 10 balloons here is not worth 20 euros!
