Lucy Valentine is a young woman with gift funny: just to touch someone's hand to find the objects that this person has lost. This gift is different from how other family members, namely see auras of people. This is also why Lucy has never worked in the family business, which is no other than a marriage agency. But when a scandal forced his father, the leader of Valentine Inc., to escape, Lucy finds queens a business it can not handle. Added to this is his meeting with Sean, a very sexy private detective, police investigations and several simple but well-turned.
Strange mix it is true, but works great! I did not bored for one second alongside Lucy. Many secondary characters, eccentric enough for most, spice up the story. The tone is fresh, funny and contrast with the investigations led by Lucy and Sean, which could destabilize some.
This novel so skillfully mixes chick-lit, romantic suspense and paranormal, so it is difficult to classify in a specific category. Note however that romance is very little present, which is a shame, but probably relates to the fact that we will follow Lucy and his amorous adventures of several volumes.
In short, if you want to deviate a bit from the traditional romance and try something new, this novel is for you.
