As a mother of three children I have to listen to the Christmas season always the CD with Christmas themes - and some of it is really rotten! But the CD of Volker Rosin we like to hear in the whole family. It's a super varied plate with charm, wit and good humor. Known Christmas classics like Feliz Navidad and White Winter forest alternate with evocative new hits like Hejo Santa Claus (which my little Antonia loves so), 24 doors and the indestructible Christmas Mambo. The movement songs like snowflakes bounce and the song of the snow woman bring us always back on track. Even when children's gymnastics (I exercise director) I can use these songs very well. But the ballads like for Christmas and there was a star are class. And Volker Rosins version of Silent Night comes at grandpa and grandma on particularly well. I also find the girl's voice goes with this song very much to heart. So again: No Poetry Kindertümelei and dismay, but honest feeling and good humor pur - for me this is definitely 5 stars!
