Caveat:
Is (exact same mouse is repeatedly Amazon in there under a slightly different product titles such as Wowpen JOY Ergo Mouse, black the - - in my opinion) among the compatible operating systems no Win7 listed since absolutely nothing stands Compatibility and in the other product description:
I've been using Windows 7 and it works flawlessly.
Possibly also important for some: This mouse is a model for right-handers!
I wear gloves size M (women) and for me the size is perfect. As the mouse is larger / smaller hands, I can not judge.

Since I got very big problems from many tap in combination with other loads for some time, had something to relax her my wrists.
In addition to an ergonomic keyboard I bought even an ergonomic mouse.

My requirements were:
- Wired
- 5 keys
- Ergonomic (upright hand position)
- Affordable
- Optical (of course ...)

I've made with any technical device so many bad experiences, as with optical mice and accordingly I am suspicious range addressed to the cause.
I have long wondered whether it is worth taking a mouse from one - unknown to me - manufacturers to buy, as I unfortunately at (cheap) "noname" mice often bouncing and alone wandering mouse had (to completely unusable mice).

Finally, I have risked it and am fully satisfied (5 star for this):
The mouse is perfectly smooth. If the mouse quiet, even the cursor is quiet.
The hand is placed exactly in the same position in the mouse, as they would be if they are placed on the desk. Not fully erect, but not as flat as it would be necessary for a conventional mouse.
The processing is wertig she looks chic, it works and relieves my problems.

Installation is also easily. Plugging, short wait until the drivers are installed and ready to go.

A few downer but there is (1 star deduction):
The use of two extra keys is still uncomfortable for me. But it may be that it is improving, as soon as my wrists are fully healed.
The mouse wheel can not be used to scroll left / right one.
So far I have not found anything as I can remap the keys. There are probably to somewhere software. Since I do not want to remap anyway, but I am not took care of further.

What's a bit annoying, but I out of competition anmerke because I do not know whether this is due to my computer:
When connecting to another USB port on the same machine, it installed the first time you connect to every port each time the driver again. Now I have all the ports once and therefore the issue is resolved, but I think that's a little strange.

Conclusion:
All in all I can recommend highly the mouse. In addition, it is almost the only device that I could find that meets all my needs from the top, so I am glad that I have ever found something.
Other persons who are momentarily on my computer have no problem to use the mouse.
Should no longer be alright something / problems I update my review.
