Now unfortunately the negatives:
1) The normally adapts no "normal" interior door with an overhang (thickness of the border) of approximately 15 mm to the frame! I doors of different years of construction and types (solid wood, tubular chipboard) in the house and each door leaf is here approximately 15 mm thick. If the door closer is now bolted to the frame, the locking arm is not parallel or at a distance from the door leaf, but is pushed on the door edge. Ie on the last cm of the closing path of the pressure is no longer on the slider, but right on the edge of the door. Here's a clue would strongly attached that the height / thickness must be 10 mm above the door frame!
2) It is for attaching the closer next to the door leaf a frame width of min. 60 mm necessary because the locking arm otherwise does not move to its retracted rest function.
3) The long screw protruding connecting the locking arm to the hinge, damaged when attaching to a lesser spacing, the edge of the door leaf!
Small Update: With a little adjustment on the door frame, using washers and shortening the protruding screw I've made the door closer reasonably fit. The spring pressure is sized just right to make to close the door, or to apply. Now due to the ordinary function after a little adjustment and the otherwise good processing I give three stars.
