Here is a beard trimmer, not a razor.
If you fold at the top, the blade does have direct contact with the skin; a really soft shave you so but hardly reach.
This is instead a very good tool for the ever more modern 3-day beard. With settings of 0.5 - 15mm all possible variations in it and the cutting force of the blade is very good.
At first I was quite skeptical about the "Waterproof" property. Then I yet dared to it and lo and behold, kept short the apparatus under water and already he's cleaned beautifully.
Conclusion: I am very satisfied with my 3-day beard, the battery life convinced cleaning under water is as simple as quickly and at the price a strong buy recommendation, 5/5 star.
