EDIT: A contact SAV Anker the next day offering me an exchange or refund. There, I said hat, a service rarely seen as effective, so I added 2 stars for service representative.
EDIT 2: I received the new charger sent by Anker ... but it did not work even once ... Conclusion, according to my personal experience, product quality too just to level two chargers , two non-functional products. Just have to wait for reimbursement. So I removed the two stars added.
