Incredibly !!! This can not be serious

I ordered a normal Mario Kart game for the Wii (see picture)
I get a thick booklet and a cardboard box with the loose game CD in it in the form and size up a normal music CD. Nothing welded, no original packaging, booklet and game CD in an envelope but not in a package. On the cardboard where the game disc rests, is even plan, not intended this product for retail sale. Unbelievable what is a palmed by this merchant for 40. I see here a clear fraud. Article goes back immediately and my money goes right back to me.
