Conclusion:
- Shipping was initiated quickly and came hermes typically on time. The return process has then folded after 4 weeks and a reminder email. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- 1 shelf total loss.
- 1 scratch in the car, cursing, cuts, 1 pair of gloves blended and anger about the necessary disposal gabs free.

I had ordered 3 shelves - two I returned unopened again. The return shipping via Hermes was simple and straightforward.

Let better stay away from the junk. If there are children in the household to prohibit the acquisition because of the many sharp edges.

Alternatives could be a low-priced wooden shelf or a metal boltless shelving for about 30 from any hardware store. Normally, the market assembled specimens are on display and you can work out in advance how (in) stability, the shelf will be home then.

Anyway, definitely take an alternative. That's here in my opinion dangerous scrap, which is free from TUV, CE and other Prüfkennungen incidentally. Could I forgive zero stars, the shelf she deserved.
