This is a reassuring book I did not need medical benchmarks but for those starting in thyroid disorders it is undoubtedly a plus; Nys Pierre explains most do not feel as inevitable (thyroid disorders are corrected, did not cure); in terms of "diet" foods by tracking smileys is handy: at least you know what to expect, but without penalty! - And the recipes are simple and tasty: we do not deploy artillery to healthy eating in relation to our affection; That said, I have not lost weight ... (but I expect it does not, given the metabolic problem); I did "better" I feel really good: it is more in terms of food hygiene and in terms of diet need to take this book full of common sense, the antithesis of depressing gadgets (and false!).
