The nasal douche has now probably a new design and was therefore not given to me in the photo version sent. The "old" nasal douche as it is shown in the photo, I felt much more stable and they could be easily cleaned with a bottle brush. This is now no longer possible because the container has only an opening the size of a normal water bottle. In addition, the application with the "old" nose shower was comfortable. Too bad that the image is not updated and you so buying another product than you think to buy.
