After transmitter Order, I have calibrated the device with a i1DisplayPro colorimeter, blue filter, .mp4 files for brightness, contrast, and Farbsätigung of avsforum, and HCFR software. A simple adjustment is possible with audiovision_universaltestbild.jpg on a USB stick from Audio Vision in Germany. The website has a good guide for beginners. Now for the good stuff:

Lighting: 80
Contrast: 100
Brightness: 52

Picture Mode "Cinema" are close to my results.
A helpful tip: Before tuning, all transponders delete that are not needed. If you choose Austria as a location, five pages 18 transponders load times. A station search quickly finds over 1,000 channels. I have about 25 transponder loaded with information from the website of Astra. After all, undesired transmitters are not deleted. I look about 60 stations. Best write a list and renumber BeginEnd at 1.
Another tip: Firmware updates can come over Satellite. Suddenly you see the message "A software update is available. Do you wish to update?" Otherwise updates are on the LG website. Attention, on a USB stick or drive (formatted FAT32 or NTFS) to a directory LG_DTV make the .epk file in it.
A headphone output is not available. Solution for a few euros get a SCART adapter and connect wireless headphones.
Enjoy!
