Finally the solution. Without this part of a screencast from the Samsung Galaxy S4 was not possible. The reason: The Samsung dongle recognizes the Screen Capturerer "Elgato Game Capturer" not as an output device, but connects exclusively if a monitor is connected. The Screen Monitoring provides otherwise ever make a connection.
Now I have connected the splitter between them and lo and behold: The Galaxy detects an output device and establishes the connection. The manufacturer has since gone on where Samsung has already stopped thinking. ;)
