Too slow for a USB 3.0 Stick

As a 16 GB version my part is much too slow. I have this stick than 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB. The 16GB is read on 71.48 MB and write only 11.79 MB. Slow was not a stick. The 32 and 64 GB versions provide 85/86 MB 26/32 and reading while writing. Have in the office 2 Cheap Sandisk sticks that create almost 20 MB writing.

For me als16 GB version clearly not advise.
