I have a Swiss Champ for two years and I use it every day. This is a good knife but sometimes it is difficult to escape the large blade when you have the tab or with wet fingers. I wanted a knife as good with the same functions and within a reasonable budget. The Leatherman Wave is the tool that comes off the lot. Quality is at the appointment: No games in soles, blockages are good. WD40 lubrication to soften the openings. Listed weight, feels no difference from the Swiss Champ. The case is well made and comfortable to wear. I particularly appreciate the smooth and serrated blades that unfold with one hand, even in the cold. The two blades open with your right thumb. Not practical for left-handed, but it's a detail. All blades are blocked, including the saw: it's very safe. The tools are of good quality and interchangeable tips are a good idea: I keep the two tip racks in another Case belt. Once unfolded, the clamp has a good grip: rounded edges.
