Resserage link at the bottom of the jacket and pleated cuff which allows for the sleeves to length. HAPPILY I HAD READ THE REVIEWS FOR OUR OTHER SIZE: XXL44 fact corresponds to UK 18. This is just a little big, and I was able to choose 44 instead of 46 which would have been entirely too large : thank you to everyone who left a comment. Too bad amazon does not also put the English sizes alongside other sizes because I know I do UK16. Anyway I recommend this jacket that wraps over in one pocket.
