After use for years Isosteel cup, we have VA-9572 Auto-Insulated 0.4 bought in late 2012 two Isosteel L of double-walled 18/8 stainless steel incl. Plastic screw cap with sealable drinking spout and anti-slip floor.
After initially both worked well, came last month at one of the two cups of water between the walls, though he was never in a dishwasher - as it advises the user manual.

After contacting Isosteel asked me a desk officer, Mr. Herold, so send him with the product. Very swiftly us a new cup was delivered. Then Mr. Herold replaced us even the shipping cost incurred by us.

Our warranty was handled very professional, swift and very friendly.
