First, there is in addition to the obligatory Loser Star another grace-Star for the supplied stirrer and dough hook. With its thick, resistant material, well brushed stainless steel, and the very well made, they are by far the best of the entire device and thus cast pearls before swine. That was after only with the benefits.
Otherwise, I have to distribute any stars, but can confirm what others have also previously reported only.
- The slowest stage is viiiiel too fast, but at the same time completely powerless.
It's real horror to stir with this part more fluid batters or "crumble" or even to beat cream. The bowl content is distributed by stirring in the whole kitchen. How often do I then the good old whisk or resorted mixing spoon ... But then again, under load, is zero power and the engine growls and wobbles around, much like a cordless screwdriver, the just run out of juice. This is also true for the higher levels and the Turbo button - both could have just as well leave, but the buyer-aperture is sufficient anyway. Genuine Kitchen seems the device in any case not to lie.
- In all of the part makes a spectacle like a drill at full throttle.
This shortened the voluntary mixing times because you can hardly withstand the screech in my ear.
- At the slightest bit load the part is already running hot.
I never dared me to run it more than a minute at a time, around the engine not prematurely durchzuschmoren (and precisely because of the noise). Other evaluations show that this was probably not the worst idea.
- Kneading can be completely forgotten.
Knetteige are for this machine too "stressful", the engine is drinking this really from. In its last use, the kneading of an absolutely ordinary yeast dough, made plötztlich "knack", and the holder of a kneading hook in the machine was broken. It is in fact (as surely even more parts of the inner life) of brittle, thin plastic, absolutely inappropriate for the wonderful, massive dough hook, which would be trusted much more.
A hand mixer which does not fulfill its purpose - of all things from a WMF product I would not expect such a thing. What about quality control? Itself must be here now saved? It is incomprehensible to me how such a thing could reach the market.
Who has too much space in the kitchen, can stand up to the stirrer as decoration. But to work it is better to resort to a "right" hand mixer.
