Very good book for an awareness of bad postures in everyday life and their long and medium-term effects on pain they can provide. Being myself followed by a physiotherapist for big back problems, I enjoyed the recommendations in this book. They represent some of the recommendations that I followed (change of postures at work, walking, ..). This does not solve everything, but improves your everyday comfort and at least mitigation of pain. Why in our society today, we are not aware of that you as a teenager, it would save us a lot of bored later?
