Yesterday I received the bread and still diligently stood after a hard workout in the kitchen and baked. Without much effort I had my high-protein bread are ready for a cooking time of about 50 minutes to be eaten on my kitchen table. Again toasted Following and I must say that it is taste exactly mine. Based on the reviews of my predecessors I had left out the yeast and yet the result is very good. The bread rises and a tasty crust is formed without the yeast. Thus, 5 stars from me.
