1. Excellent flavor (better than all fully automatic, or pad machines of which I drank to Keffee)
2. Full range of accessories here
3. Nice Design
4. Super power when milk foam
5. relatively silent (quieter than the Jura Subito that we had before)
Problems:
1 coffee powder falls eccentric from the mill - you can not leave everything for a filling grind in one operation so, but must always nachstopfen between. Otherwise it crumbles.
2. If more intensive use, the machine smells of hot rubber / oil - something is in there hot and transpires from.
3. After 6 weeks of operation (about four cups a day) - defective and machine does not build up more pressure on. Put into service. We will nachberichten.
4. repair takes currently four weeks --- so far back no repaired device.
Update 27/03/2011:
Machine came after about 6 weeks - a solenoid valve was broken. Works since (with the restrictions above and following) well. When hard water here you have to descale every 6 weeks. A new problem: The rubber seal on the foam nozzle has been partially disassembled (the daily cleaning is necessary to remove the nozzle). The sleeve holds still and I have at the moment not interested in again six weeks repair time.
Update 30/12/2012:
Machine has been running for the repair now easily. Keeps seal on the foam nozzle. We descale every 6 weeks in northern Germany hard water. Ultimately then there quite happy. Taste is super.
PS. We use the grinder for flavored coffee - since the beginning. The Grinder is making the hesitation with, no sticking o. Ä.
Update 11/20/2013
Diaphragm pump now with dropouts (machine creates to make only every second time coffee). Seal the brew head ready (well, you could replace). Repair would cost a few hundred euros. I believe that 3-4 years is just the life of the appliance. We have disposed of it and buy a more durable machine hopefully - as I said, would also 3-4 coffees "burdened" daily. Changed to a Rocket R58 - and so we are now very happy over a year.
