Hard lumps - hard to swallow

I would therefore advise to quickly switch to another pill, or to distribute the daily 4 tablets 6 tablets before the health harm to the customer is worse than their benefits. I'm going to take at least the rest of the tablets dissolved in water to me, which is quite handy luckily because they dissolve in seconds and do not taste spicy unlike some other magnesium products. Whether I'm the product but then buy again is questionable.
